Construction condition

A. It is required to construct in an environment higher than 10°C, and not lower than 5 °C, otherwise its bonding performance will be affected

b. Can not be mixed with other types of sealant, otherwise it will affect its bond performance

c. The construction site shall be clean, dust-free and well ventilated.

Construction technology

1. Materials preparation

a.0M905 series products have excellent bonding properties for glass, aluminum, galvanized steel and other materials. However, the surface of these materials should be cleaned before gluing, and the surface should be clean and free of dirt before gluing.

b. Cleaning solution/agent: The manufacturer with glass cleaning equipment should use the cleaning solution specified or recommended in the equipment manual for cleaning. If no cleaning equipment manufacturer is available, acetone is recommended for cleaning.

2. Mixing process

a. The A. B component mixing ratio of OM905 series products is 100:6-12 (mass ratio).

B. A. b The two components shall be mixed according to the specified ratio range. For machine coated products should be adjusted according to the instructions of the glue machine A. B two component ratio. For hand coating products should be accurately weighed according to the specified mass ratio.

c. Whether machine or hand coating should be carefully mixed to achieve uniform color difference.

3. Gluing process

Whether machine coated or hand coated, should be along one direction for gluing. Enter the glue with anti-aircraft air bag. Reduce the sealing performance of insulating glass

4. The curing speed and viscosity of OM905 series products are related to the construction environmental conditions

a. With the increase of temperature and humidity, the sealant curing speed is accelerated. Construction time is shortened and vice versa.

b. The viscosity of OM905 series products decreases with the increase of temperature and increases with the decrease of temperature.

maintenance

a. The insulating glass made can be placed horizontally or vertically. Do not move or collide before the sealant is cured.

b. The curing time shall be adjusted in time according to the change of environmental conditions. When the ambient temperature is low, the curing time shall be extended.

c. Freshly made insulating glass can not be placed outdoors in the sun. If it needs to be placed outdoors, please use dark cover to cover the insulating glass.

d. Moving time again: maintenance is ** under standard conditions.

e. Full curing time: 7 days under standard conditions.
