Fast curing at room temperature, non-toxic and non-corrosive.

Operating temperature: -50°C to +180°C;

Excellent electrical insulation performance, arc halo resistance and impact resistance;

Good resistance to water, ozone, ultraviolet rays and damp heat and other climate aging properties;

It has excellent adhesion and maintains long-term sealing performance.

【Main uses】

It is used for bonding, fixing and sealing between the aluminum frame of solar photovoltaic modules and photovoltaic panels, and has the functions of moisture-proofing, shock-proofing, insulation and weather resistance.

【Color, packaging, storage and transportation】

Before curing, OM903 is a uniform paste, and after curing, it becomes a silicone rubber elastomer.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated and cool place. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.

This product is packaged in 25kg, 270kg drums and 590ml soft packs. Special requirements can be specified after negotiation.

This product is stored and transported as a non-hazardous material.

【Safety Instructions】

This product is non-toxic after complete curing. However, before curing, contact with eyes should be avoided. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Uncured products should be kept out of reach of children.

【Usage method and precautions】

Clean and dry the surface of the object to be bonded. Squeeze this product out of the packaging tube and apply it evenly to the component. Trim and remove the excess glue before the glue vulcanizes.

When applying the adhesive, avoid contact with eyes. During the construction and curing process, it should not be sealed tightly. A well-ventilated environment should be maintained.

After each use, it should be quickly sealed to prevent the remaining glue in the tube from coming into contact with moisture in the air and curing.

When using a pneumatic glue injection gun for construction, the air source pressure should be maintained at 0.2MPa-0.5MPa.
