【Application method】

Firstly, the construction surface must be clean, dry, free of oil stains, dust and other impurities to ensure a good bonding effect. Then, cut the rubber nozzle to the appropriate size and Angle as needed. Next, insert the rubber hose into the glue gun and extrude the glue evenly. Pay attention to controlling the speed and amount of extrusion. When applying glue, ensure that the glue layer is uniform and continuous, and avoid any gaps or bubbles. For larger bonding surfaces, the method of segmented construction can be adopted. After the construction is completed, it is necessary to carry out trimming and cleaning of the excess glue within the specified time. During the curing process, it is necessary to avoid contact with water and dust, and ensure the appropriate temperature and humidity of the curing environment to guarantee that the glue can be fully cured and achieve the best bonding effect.

【Construction Summary】

1. Not suitable for all surfaces of objects that exude grease, plasticizers or solvents.

2. It is not suitable for use in confined Spaces or on surfaces that come into direct contact with food or drinking water.

3. Construction is not advisable when the surface temperature of the substrate is below 4 °C or above 40°C.

4. It is not advisable to bond substances containing copper or copper alloys.
